Bagolisto is a travel organisation aid. Using the application implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Role and limitations of lists
Lists, luggage, items and tasks help prepare a trip, but they do not guarantee completeness or that nothing will be forgotten. Bagolisto never replaces the user's own checks.
2. Reminders, notifications and alarms
Reminder delivery depends on Android permissions, notifications, alarms, battery settings, power-saving modes, manufacturer restrictions, the system version, the device condition and application operation. No reminder or notification is guaranteed.
3. Indicative suggestions
The suggestions are general and indicative. They may be incomplete, inappropriate for a destination or incompatible with a personal situation. The user must adapt them to his or her actual journey.
4. User responsibility
The user remains solely responsible for verifying documents, passports, visas, tickets, reservations, schedules, obligations, destination rules, health, safety, baggage and all essential elements before and during the trip.
5. Features, availability and Bagolisto Plus
Free and Bagolisto Plus features and limitations are those displayed in the application. They can depend on Google Play, Google Drive, Android and external services. The application can evolve for maintenance, safety, compliance or compatibility without limiting mandatory legal rights.
6. Privacy and applicable law
The privacy policy is part of the applicable information and explains the contact method for data-related requests. No provision limits mandatory legal rights.
In the event of a translation gap, the French version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
