Bagolisto Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Android application Bagolisto processes data. Bagolisto is published by Brindhysope.
1. Essential principles
Bagolisto mainly works locally, does not require any Bagolisto account, does not post any advertising and does not sell any personal data.
2. Data stored locally
Trips, destinations, luggage, items, tasks, notes, quantities, colors and preferences are stored on the device. Android widgets display the information chosen by the user locally.
3. Stability diagnostics
Diagnostics are off by default. If you enable them, Bagolisto sends technical reports to Firebase Crashlytics that may include the app version, device model, operating system version, pseudonymous technical identifiers, an error trace, and information about the session in which the problem occurred. These reports are used only to detect and fix crashes and technical errors. Content from your trips, bags, items, tasks, notes, PDF documents, and backups is never included. Neither is anything saved in your library or favorites. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings.
4. Use statistics
Usage analytics are off by default. If you enable them, Bagolisto sends technical and usage data to Firebase Analytics that may include app opens, sessions, screens viewed, and interactions with features, together with the app version, device model, operating system version, pseudonymous technical identifiers, an approximate geographic area and, where applicable, information about in-app purchases or subscriptions. This data is used only to understand how Bagolisto is used and to improve it. The contents of your trips, bags, items, tasks, notes, PDFs, and backups are never included. Content from your trips, bags, items, tasks, notes, PDF documents, and backups is never included. Neither is anything saved in your library or favorites. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings.
5. Content never collected
Diagnostics and statistics never receive trip titles, personal destinations, names of items, baggage or tasks, notes, entered texts, PDF content, backup content, imported or exported data, or Google Drive account. Bagolisto does not collect Advertising ID.
6. Google Play purchases
Google Play processes Bagolisto Plus purchases and subscriptions. Bagolisto does not receive or retain complete credit card data. The application processes only the access status required for its features.
7. Google Drive backup
The backup is optional and reserved for Bagolisto Plus when offered. At the user's request, Google Drive stores a copy of the trips and library. It is not an automatic synchronisation between devices. Backup content is never used for diagnostics or statistics.
8. Export PDF and Android widgets
PDFs are generated locally and then shared only at the user's initiative. Their content is not sent to Brindhysope, Crashlytics or Analytics. Android widgets read and display local data.
9. Technical providers
Google Firebase provides Crashlytics and Analytics, Google Play processes purchases and Google Drive stores backups requested by the user. These providers process their data according to their own policies. Bagolisto is linked to no Google Ads, AdMob, SDK advertising or advertising audience services.
10. Conservation, security and suppression
Local data remain on the device until they are deleted in the application, Android app data is erased or the application is uninstalled. The backups can be deleted from the relevant service. Technical data follows the retention periods of the relevant providers. No mode of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
11. User rights
Depending on the applicable law, the user may request access, rectification, erasure, limitation or opposition to the data held by the publisher. The publisher cannot remotely delete local data that it does not hold.
